 +サブツリーのプルを実行すると「`Working tree has modifications. Cannot add.`」エラーが発生。  
 +調べてみると（参考.3）、どうもGitのバグらしく、一度別のブランチに切り替えて元のブランチに戻り、サブツリーのプルを実行すると実行できた。
